What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
Only one source has this so far: Nintendo Everything. If other sites confirm it, they’ll show up below. Some people met Doom in 1993; others were born long after and joined in anyway. The previous Doom trailer came out 12 days before this story. Hot off the press — the kind of news that gets the community going.
Bottom line: Take it with a grain of salt until another site confirms — details often change along the way.
