Quick summary
God of War Laufey continues a frustrating trend where expensive collector's editions don't come with the game.
What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
So far only Polygon has run it, but that's a newsroom that checks what it publishes. God of War was left on the shelf and came back on top — every new announcement carries that weight. The previous God of War trailer came out 15 days before this story.
Bottom line: You can treat this as firm, just keep an eye on updates.
