Quick summary
I think you can guess what that is. There’s still over a year until Sony stops making discs , so it’s no real surprise to see Forza Horizon 6 commit to physical media. The PS5 port of the acclaimed open world racer is officially launching on 26th January , and dev Playground has committed to a boxed release.
What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
It's coming to PlayStation 5. This comes from Push Square, which does its own reporting — for now, it's the only coverage. Worth remembering: Forza Horizon already had a delay announced on 10/09/2026. In the 30 days before this one, 24 other Forza Horizon stories ran here. If the date holds this time, we'll come back here and say so.
Bottom line: Safe to take the main point — it's the fine detail that sometimes shifts later.
