Baldur’s Gate 3 Returns With New Official Sequel Series

✍️ What we know so far

Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.

This comes from Polygon, which does its own reporting — for now, it's the only coverage. Worth remembering the scale here: Baldur's Gate 3 changed what people expected from the genre back in 2023, and the bar stayed up. In the 30 days before this one, 8 other Baldur's Gate stories ran here.

Bottom line: Safe to take the main point — it's the fine detail that sometimes shifts later.
