Tekken 8 Kicks Off the 'Pocket Commander' Roger Jr. at EVO France 2026

✍️ What we know so far

Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.

This comes from ANN Newsroom, which does its own reporting — for now, it's the only coverage. Some people met Tekken in 1994; others were born long after and joined in anyway. The previous Tekken trailer came out 2 days before this story. Hot off the press — the kind of news that gets the community going.

Bottom line: Safe to take the main point — it's the fine detail that sometimes shifts later.
