Quick summary
It can be confusing figuring out when all these anime take place—especially once time travel is brought into the equation.

What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
This comes from Anime News Network, which does its own reporting — for now, it's the only coverage. Some people met Steins;Gate in 2011; others were born long after and joined in anyway.
Bottom line: Safe to take the main point — it's the fine detail that sometimes shifts later.
