Quick summary
In spite of its glaring production problems, part of me still can't help but be excited to finally see Psyren animated, even if it's not in the most ideal state.

What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
This comes from Anime News Network, which does its own reporting — for now, it's the only coverage.
Bottom line: Safe to take the main point — it's the fine detail that sometimes shifts later.
