What we know so far
Automatic note by LuaCat Games, built from what we know about the coverage (who reported it, how many sites, the story’s history) — not a translation or copy of the source.
Only one source has this so far: Nintendo Everything. If other sites confirm it, they’ll show up below. Worth remembering the scale here: Metroid changed what people expected from the genre back in 1986, and the bar stayed up. In the 30 days before this one, 3 other Metroid stories ran here.
Bottom line: Take it with a grain of salt until another site confirms — details often change along the way.
